Privacy Policy for Bose Products Distributed by PB Logistic Co.,Ltd.
PB Logistic Co.,Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your trust and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information in accordance with applicable Thailand laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules.
This Privacy Statement describes how we use and disclose the information that we collect from you when you visit our Site where Bose products are offered (“Products”). Our services are diverse and relate to the distribution of Bose products in Thailand. Please note that Bose Corporation itself has its own privacy policies that apply directly to Bose products and services.
This policy shall be applicable for wearables as well as hearables products under the brand name “BOSE” that are distributed by us in Thailand.

If you do not accept this Policy, please refrain from purchasing Bose products through us.
By purchasing Bose products through our channels, you shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Policy, and such terms shall constitute a binding agreement between you and PB Logistic Co.,Ltd. Below are the specific terms of the Agreement:

By purchasing Bose products through us, you shall be deemed to have agreed that we can collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For information on how Bose handles your data directly related to their products and services, please refer to Bose’s own privacy policies.
2.Eligibility to Purchase
If you are under 18 years old (or under 13 years old in some jurisdictions outside Thailand), you are not allowed to purchase products through our services without the consent of your legal guardian. If we believe that you are under the applicable age limit without proper consent, we may cancel your order or take other appropriate actions.
In cases where a child’s personal data and SPDI (Sensitive Personal Data & Information Data) is collected with parental consent, we will use or disclose the data only if the law allows, parents or guardians expressly agree, or to protect the child. We reserve the rights to Contents and all rights that are not expressly specified in this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, your use of our services shall not constitute the transfer of any ownership of our services or Contents to you or any other person.
You shall not duplicate, imitate, or use our logo contained in Contents, any other trademarks that may appear in our services, or the overall appearance and style of our services without our prior written permission.
6.Our Services Related to Bose Product Distribution
Our primary services involve facilitating the sale and distribution of Bose products in Thailand. This includes:
(a) Order Processing: Collecting and processing your order details.
(b) Payment Processing: Securely processing your payments through third-party providers.
(c) Shipping and Delivery: Arranging for the shipment and delivery of your purchased products.
(d) Customer Support: Providing support related to your purchase, such as order inquiries, shipping information, and return/exchange assistance (within our stated policies).
(e) Website Experience: Maintaining and improving our website for browsing and purchasing Bose products.
Please note that features related to device data, activity data, sleep data, heart rate data, contact lists, background location access, in-app purchases within a fitness app, training data recording, health data management, medals, health reports, functional services within a fitness app, and sharing of such data to other apps, as described in the original policy, do not apply to our services as a distributor of Bose products. These features are specific to health and fitness applications, which is not our role in this context. 7.Rules of Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license (no sub-licensing is allowed) to: (1) use our services for the purpose of purchasing Bose products; (2) view Contents related to the sale and distribution of these products; and (3) use our website as authorized in this Agreement. This license will be granted only when you use our services for your personal and non-commercial purposes in the manner permitted by this Agreement.
You may not use, sub-license, duplicate, adapt, modify, translate, disclose, produce derivative works, disseminate, license, sell, lease, transfer, publicly display, publicly demonstrate, communicate, broadcast, or otherwise use the Contents, our services, or any part thereof (including any third-party software), unless expressly permitted by this Agreement. The images, names, and other information you upload (if any, such as for profile pictures if you create an account) are your contents. You are solely responsible for your contents. You agree that none of your contents will be of the following nature: false, defamatory, infringing, harmful, pornographic, offensive, bullying, harassment, scandal, hatred, incitement, threats, profanity, obscenity, invasion of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to facilitating illegal activities, promoting violence, and any discriminatory or illegal contents that may incur civil liabilities.
8.How we use your Personal Data and SPDI
Personal data refers to information that can be used to determine an individual’s identity when used alone or in combination with other information. Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”) defines sensitive personal data or information of a person as personal information about that person relating to: passwords; financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details; and any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise. 9.Purpose and Grounds of Processing Personal Data
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected, unless we reasonably determine that it is necessary to use it for another purpose that is compatible with the original purpose (e.g., sending you updates about your order or changes to our policies). If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you, explain the legal basis that allows us to do so, and obtain your consent when required.

The virtual goods (if any) you purchase through our services are subject to one-time payment. We will handle returns and refunds according to our stated policies.
You agree that we have the right to adjust the price of products. After the new price takes effect, you will need to accept the new price when placing an order, but the products you have purchased before the price adjustment will not be affected. If you do not accept the new price, please refrain from placing new orders.
11.Feedback and Submission Policy
